Terms of use
Effective September 30, 2026. By creating a Runalio account or using its workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
The Runalio service
Runalio provides a chat design space with a coding agent, uploaded and generated assets, a live preview, website publication, and saved business details, services and leads. Reviewed drafts can be published on a Runalio URL. New .com, .net, and .org domain registration and managed SSL use approved paid checkout, with US registrant contacts supported in this release. Monthly packages provide model access and token allowances through Stripe subscriptions. Dedicated compute and other integrations remain in development. Availability and features may change.
Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you enter. You may create an account with a password or with Google or Apple. Provide accurate account details, keep your password, recovery key, and provider access private, and protect access to your device. A new provider is connected to an existing account only when you choose Connect in Settings. The portal does not currently provide email-based password resets; save your recovery key securely. Do not share credentials or access another user’s data. Tell us through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.
Teams and multiple websites
The account owner can invite editors using individual sign-ins and revoke their access. Editors can view and manage the account’s websites, chat history, assets, business details, leads and publication. Only the owner administers team access, creates or removes websites, manages billing, approves domain purchases or closes the account. Invite only people authorized to see the account’s content and customer information. Invitations are restricted to the invited email address, expire after seven days, and can be used once. Starter and Business allow one website, Pro allows five, and Agency allows twenty. Websites share the account’s token, storage and hosting allowances. If a subscription ends or is downgraded below the number of saved websites, additional websites pause; their drafts remain available to review, and publication and editing resume when a qualifying package is restored.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content and business information you provide. You grant Runalio permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the functions you request. Only supply content and customer information you have permission to use. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of business facts, prices, services, and any generated content before relying on or publishing them.
Do not use Runalio for unlawful activities, spam, impersonation, infringement, abusive content, attempts to evade limits, or attempts to obtain access to accounts, infrastructure, or data without authorization. Do not upload secrets, payment card details, or regulated sensitive records into the workspace.
Drafts, permissions, and AI
AI responses are generated text and may be inaccurate. They are not professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice. The coding agent may save supplied business details, inspect uploaded documents and media, edit website source, install dependencies, and execute commands with root access inside your customer container. This access is limited to your container. Draft changes appear in the preview as files are saved. Publishing requires a separate click approving the displayed version. Domain registration requires accurate registrant contacts, approval of the exact name and charges, and verified payment. Publication and domain purchases use the portal’s explicit approval controls. Customer coding containers run on shared hosting; a dedicated AWS instance is not included. Previewing or editing a draft does not publish it.
Prices and payment
Monthly subscriptions cost Starter $9.99, Business $19.99, Pro $49.99, and Agency $99.99, in USD. Starter includes 100,000 tokens with Smart model; Business 300,000 with Smarter model; Pro 1,000,000 with Smartest AI model; Agency 3,000,000 with Smartest AI model. Account registration does not start a subscription; a Starter allowance is included when you create an account. A saved plan preference does not grant a paid package. A subscription starts only after you approve its recurring price and complete Stripe checkout. Your subscription renews monthly unless cancelled through Manage billing in Settings. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid subscription period. Stripe shows any prorated upgrade charge before you confirm. Changing a package retains this month’s token usage.
Input and output tokens both count, including repeated conversation context, website source and tool results, document extracts, image processing, tool schemas, cached input, and billable reasoning. Tokens used on rejected or stale drafts still count. Allowances reset on the first of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, separately from the subscription billing anniversary. Requests that cannot fit the remaining allowance are paused before sending to the model; you can upgrade or wait for the reset. Saved drafts, publication, and manual business editing remain available. Unconfirmed provider responses retain a temporary budget reservation until reconciled. Usage is bounded. Token allowances are shared by all team members and websites in the same account; creating websites or inviting members does not add tokens or reset usage.
Domain registration and SSL are optional extras
Domain registration and SSL certificate issuance and deployment are not included in any monthly subscription price. These optional extras are charged separately. Before purchase, the portal displays the exact domain registration fee, SSL fee and total, and requires the account owner’s approval and verified payment.
Domain registration is a separate one-time purchase for one year at the price shown in checkout. New managed SSL orders use AWS Certificate Manager. Initial certificate issuance and deployment costs $14 for the apex domain and www, as shown at checkout. Certificates have a maximum 198-day validity; Runalio automates their renewal and installation, and AWS bills those renewals to Runalio. The customer checkout creates no recurring SSL charge. Existing approved quotes retain their disclosed provider and price. Domain automatic renewal is off; domain renewal prices may change and require another disclosed purchase. No payment card details should be entered into chat.
Payment is collected through the Runalio Stripe account, whose merchant business name is VidOpt LLC. Availability and registrar prices are rechecked after payment. If registration cannot proceed definitively, the full payment is refunded. An uncertain provider response is reconciled before any retry or refund. A successful domain registration is non-refundable, subject to applicable rights. Contact support for transfer, SSL service issues, or eligible refunds after registration.
A Runalio URL can go live immediately after publication approval. Custom-domain registration, registry review, DNS propagation, and certificate issuance can take longer than a few minutes. You must complete any registrant-verification email to avoid domain suspension. The purchase does not configure email hosting or migrate an existing domain. You remain the registrant named in the confirmed contacts; Runalio manages the registration in its service account. Contact support for transfer to another registrar or account.
Availability and limits
The Runalio service is provided as available, with no guarantee of continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, successful publication, lead volume, revenue, or rankings. Current limits include 30 services and 200 saved leads per website, 100 MB per uploaded file, and a shared account allowance of 2 GB of gallery assets and 512 MB of current and published website files. Coding containers share an account limit of up to 1.5 vCPU and 512 MB RAM for Starter and Business, or 1 GB RAM for Pro and Agency. These are limits on a shared host, not dedicated resource reservations. Retained revision history is managed separately. Each account has its package’s monthly token allowance, subject to request rate and shared capacity limits. We may restrict access to investigate misuse or protect the service. Keep independent copies of important records and use the export feature.
Ending access
Accounts without domain orders or subscription records can be deleted from Settings. If you have a subscription, cancel renewal in Manage billing and contact support to close the account. If you have a domain order, contact support to arrange closure and domain transfer or retention. Required payment records are not removed automatically. This removes your active workspace records and ends access; backups expire according to the privacy notice. We may suspend or end service availability, including for misuse. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export records before closing the service.
Limits and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Runalio does not accept responsibility for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions based on unreviewed generated content. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Services not described here may have separate terms.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as features become available. We will update the effective date and communicate material changes where appropriate. Contact Runalio through the contact form about these terms or your account.
External ChatGPT access and website imports
Account owners can enable OAuth-protected ChatGPT access to selected websites. Authorized owners and editors can use that connection to read and change source, manage assets, run commands in the selected customer container, import public pages, and request publication. Publication still requires approval of the exact revision through Runalio; chat instructions alone do not approve it. Direct source edits and builds do not consume Runalio model tokens. Requests delegated to Runalio’s coding agent consume the account’s shared allowance. Your ChatGPT subscription and any OpenAI charges are separate from Runalio.
Only import material you own or have permission to reuse, including media and fonts. The importer respects robots exclusions and does not access signed-in pages or copy private databases, credentials, customer accounts or historical transactions. Source scripts and integrations are removed; forms, carts and other interactions can require rebuilding and connection before publication. Review imported claims, links and licenses before publishing. An import replaces the working draft only, subject to your confirmation; it does not change DNS or the current live publication.
Imports allow up to 20 selected pages from the same origin and 200 MB of fetched data, subject to available account storage and the existing 100 MB per-file limit. Captures and reports expire after 30 days. Successfully saved gallery assets may remain available if draft creation fails. Source availability and faithful recreation of every interaction are not guaranteed.
